1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the jiteace website, registering an account, or using any feature of the platform — including casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer tables, promotions, or customer support — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the registered player) and jiteace (the platform operator). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately and refrain from registering an account.

jiteace reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The most current version of the terms will always be published on this page, identified by the "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this document. Continued use of the platform following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an active account on jiteace, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Persons under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from registering or using the platform in any capacity.
• You must be a resident of or otherwise permitted to access and use online casino and sports betting services in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in your location.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register or have previously been excluded from jiteace for any reason.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another individual, business entity, or any third party when registering or placing bets on the platform.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, and contact details.

Each individual is permitted to hold one account only on jiteace. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is a violation of these terms and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances or bonus funds held within those accounts.

jiteace reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. This includes, but is not limited to, a government-issued national identity card, passport, driving licence, or utility bill. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by the platform may result in account suspension.

3 Account Obligations

As a registered account holder on jiteace, you accept the following ongoing obligations as conditions of continued access to the platform:

• Confidentiality of credentials: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login username and password. jiteace will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Do not share your credentials with any other person.
• Account security: You must notify jiteace immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party. Until such notification is received, all activity conducted through your account — including deposits, bets, and withdrawals — is deemed to have been carried out by you.
• Accuracy of information: You must ensure that all personal information held on your account — including name, date of birth, registered email address, and payment method details — remains accurate and up to date at all times. You may update your contact details by contacting support.
• Personal use only: Your jiteace account is for your personal use and entertainment only. Commercial use, syndicated betting, or the use of automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform in any way is strictly prohibited.
• Lawful use: You agree to use jiteace solely for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable local regulations. You will not use the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity.

jiteace reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account where it reasonably suspects a breach of these obligations, without prior notice and without liability to the account holder.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on jiteace are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform does not accept foreign currency deposits or make withdrawals in any currency other than BDT.

Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Most bKash and Nagad deposits are credited to your account balance instantly following successful payment confirmation.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, wherever technically possible. jiteace reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal processing times vary by method and are subject to standard banking timelines beyond the platform's direct control.

• Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 24 hours of approval.
• Bank transfer withdrawals may take between 2 and 5 business days depending on the receiving bank.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts that have completed the identity verification process.
• The platform does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
• Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined if an active bonus with outstanding wagering requirements is attached to your account balance.

5 Bonus & Promotions Policy

jiteace offers a range of bonuses, free bets, and promotional incentives to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual offer, in addition to the general bonus policy set out in this section.

General bonus conditions applicable to all offers unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to registered players aged 18 and above who have completed the standard account verification process.
• Each bonus offer may be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate promotional balance and must be wagered in accordance with the stated rollover requirement before any portion of the bonus balance (or winnings derived from it) may be withdrawn.
• Standard wagering requirements range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount. The exact multiplier will be clearly displayed in each offer's individual terms.
• Wagering contributions differ by game type: slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering, while live dealer table games may contribute between 10% and 25%. Games excluded from wagering will be listed in the individual offer terms.
• Bonuses have a validity period. Any bonus balance and associated winnings that have not been converted through wagering by the expiry date will be removed from the account automatically.
• jiteace reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who have already claimed an active promotion will be notified of any material changes affecting their active bonus.
• Attempting to abuse the bonus system — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or stake manipulation — will result in the immediate forfeiture of all bonus balances and may lead to permanent account closure.

Players who participate in the jiteace Loyalty Program accumulate loyalty points on every qualifying bet. These points are governed by the separate Loyalty Program terms available on the dedicated Loyalty Program page.

6 Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

jiteace is committed to providing a fair and secure gaming environment for all registered players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and permanent exclusion from the platform:

• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to poker, live dealer table games, and tournament play.
• Cheating software: Using any software, script, bot, artificial intelligence tool, or browser extension designed to interact with the platform, automate betting decisions, or manipulate game outcomes in any way.
• Fraud and money laundering: Depositing funds obtained through illegal means, using stolen or unauthorised payment methods, or using jiteace to conceal the origin of funds.
• Arbitrage betting: Exploiting discrepancies in odds across markets in a systematic manner that constitutes a commercial rather than recreational activity.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider without first attempting to resolve the matter through jiteace's official support channels. Any chargeback initiated will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.
• Impersonation: Attempting to access another player's account, or providing false information to impersonate another individual during the verification process.

All game results on jiteace are generated by certified random number generators (RNG) supplied by our third-party game providers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe. The platform does not influence or have access to the underlying RNG parameters. Results are fair and independently governed by the technology of the respective game provider.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

jiteace reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Circumstances that may lead to suspension or closure include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a specified timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, collusive, or abusive activity.
• A player being identified as under 18 years of age at any point during their use of the platform.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder or a verified responsible gaming authority.
• Regulatory or compliance obligations requiring the platform to restrict access to certain players.

In cases where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any remaining balance — including bonus funds, pending withdrawals, or loyalty points — may be forfeited at jiteace's discretion. In cases where an account is closed at the player's own request or for reasons unrelated to a breach, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following completion of all outstanding verification requirements.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily — whether for responsible gaming purposes or for any other reason — should contact the support team via live chat or at support@jiteace. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period selected by the player.

8 Limitation of Liability

jiteace provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the platform operates without interruption, we do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jiteace and its operators, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• Losses resulting from game malfunctions, server outages, network interruptions, or third-party payment processing delays.
• Any decision made by a player to wager real money on the platform, including any financial losses arising from the outcome of bets or games.
• Incorrect information provided by the player during the registration or verification process, including errors in payment account details.
• Unauthorised access to a player's account resulting from the player's failure to maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials.

In any event, jiteace's total liability to any individual player in respect of any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
